My Approach

I begin by creating a sacred space where you can feel safe and not judged first and foremost. Unconditional love and compassion are at the foundation of Heart Centered Fitness. Without that, nothing else matters. I understand what it means to be peri and post menopausal because I have been through both. Your hormones are not what they were back in your 20’s and 30’s. You are in a body you don’t recognize anymore. You have mood swings and erratic behavior that seems to come “out of the blue”. You are tired of people who have never been through menopause trying to tell you how you feel or what to do. They don’t get it. But I do!

Our Golden Years should be filled with joy, peace and unconditional love for ourselves so we have something to give to others. These are the years that matter most because they are the years we are in now. This should not be a time of suffering but one of celebration.
