Improving your relationship with food

Creating Balance Without Derivation

We will begin by looking at the foods you are currently eating so we can structure meals that create more balance. This means eating foods that improve energy, digestion, sleep and a whole host of menopausal symptoms. By changing your diet, you can begin to feel better immediately. This will not require you to eat foods you don’t love. Healthy food should also be delicious. 🍎

Target Specific Emotional Issues

Many women at this stage of life have been carrying around emotional pain, trauma and “stories” that are not supportive for decades. It’s time we find out what “inner dialogue” and programming from the past is holding you back from feeling your best and heal it once and for all.

This is a journey of self love. When we love ourselves as we are, we will naturally want to nourish our bodies, our mind and our spirit. 🙏🏼

Creating a plan that works for you

Every woman’s body is unique and so is her lifestyle. A “one size fits all” approach doesn’t work. During peri menopause, a woman’s body prepares for “the change” in hormones which is often experienced as extra (unwanted) weight gain, mood swings, loss of libido, low energy, interrupted sleep, inflammation and a whole host of symptoms related to this change in body chemistry. If not addressed at this stage, these symptoms often worsen as we enter post menopause. Nutrition, Movement and Mindset all play a vital role in moving through this stage of life with as much ease and grace as possible. We aren’t supposed to “suffer through it” and accept it as a part of “getting older”. We can absolutely feel our best if we are willing to do what it requires.

We will look at your specific issues and address them with nutrition, exercise and emotional healing for a total transformation. This is not a “quick fix”, which we all know doesn’t work.

Through my personalized coaching, I’ll work alongside you to develop an integrated plan to achieve full body wellness—often combining the practices of nutrition, exercise, deep inner work, meditation and spiritual practice, and self-care.

We will create a sustainable plan that works for you so that you can live the rest of your years feeling your best.
